Sopa de tortilla con caldo de frijol
Se fríe en una cazuela, una poquita de cebolla picada, sobre ella se cuela caldo de frijól negro, se deja hervir, se le pone una ramita de espazote o una hoja de aguacate segun el gusto, y la tortillas que ya se tendrán picadas en tiritas y fritas. Cuando ya la tortilla está suave se sirven poniendoles unos chiltepes fritos, si no agrada el chile se le suprimen los chiltepes.
English Translation:
Fry in a casserole, a little chopped cebolla, over it strain black bean broth, let it boil, put a twig of epazote or a leaf of avacado according to taste, and the tortillas should aleady be bite-sized strips and fried. When the tortilla is soft serve it putting a few fried Indian pepper, if you don't like the peppers, remove them.
