Se rebana el pescado y se le pone sal y limón, se frie. Aparte se desvenan, asan remojan y muelen unos chiles anchos, se le pone así en crudo, aceite, vinagre, sal, oregano, tiritas de chile en vinagre, ruedas de cebolla cruda, una poquito de agua para que no esté muy seco y revuelto todo esto se le pone por encima al pescado adornandolo con hojitas de lechuga. Se sirve frio.

English Translation

Slice the fish and put sal and lime. Fry the fish. Separately, devein the fish. Soak, roast and grind some ancho chilis. Put together the raw chili, oil, vinagre, salt, oregano, little strips of chilis in vinagre, raw onion cut into wheels, a little water so it won’t be dry. Scramble everything and put it onto of the fish, adorning with leaves of lettuce. Serve cold.
