Se pone en una traste refractorio una poca de crema con sal y pimienta blanca, cebolla finamente picada y rajas de chile gordo, asado, pelado y desflemado en agua de sal, sobre ella se estrellan con mucho cuidada las huevos, se les pone sal y pimienta mas rajas, suficiente crema y unos cuadritos de queso fresco, se meten un momento al horno para que cuajen y se sirve en el mismo traste que se hacer.
